For a long time, it has often been believed that music, with its soothing quality, can actually help you sleep better. While there is no claim that it is killing you but your quality sleep is getting compromised. But is this habit really safe? According to studies, your habit of listening to music before sleeping or eventually falling asleep with the earbuds in your ear poses a lot of danger. Or for some, a little light music right before bedtime relaxes them and helps them sleep better. We have all had days where we have wanted to listen to this one song, on loop and even fall asleep listening to it. And not to forget, the rhythm which just makes it impossible to stop listening to one particular song. In fact, music has been used as an alternate form of treatment to heal people. It is not wrong to say that everybody loves music, no matter what age they are.
